A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required with this form to secure your child's spot. Checks should be written to Community Preschool. Please write your child's name on the memo line. If you are paying with cash, please have exact change and place it in a sealed envelope labeled with your child's name.

Registration forms and fees can be put in the Community Preschool Box in the hall outside the church's main office.

Tuition is $180 per week if your child stays until 1 pm. Tuition is $200 if they stay until 3pm. Fees are due weekly. Advanced payments will be accepted. CCDF* Vouchers or Tuition Assistance Scholarships may be available to those who qualify.

CCDF Vouchers will be accepted for those who qualify. These pay for a portion of the tuition. An application for this voucher is attached.
